Returns & Exchanges

At Steel City Brand, we want you to love your gear as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn apparel. If your fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we've made our process simple and hassle-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
